Cellist Erica Lessie Offers Cello Geography Classes

One of the curators at the Cello Museum, Erica Lessie, is not only a cellist and researcher – she’s also a dedicated educator who has been teaching for over three decades. She has created a series of classes helping students solidify their knowledge of cello geography called “Fret Not, Dear Cellist.”

There are four courses in this series, two of which are currently offered by the Cello Guild:

1. Venturing Beyond First (2nd and 4th Positions)
2. Moving on Up (5th and 6th Positions).
